Event Information
The Grain Barn is a dry hire venue available for you up to 48 hours before your event so that you can personalise the barn as you wish. The Grain Barn will be available from 9am until 1pm on the day following the event to take away any personalised items left at the Grain Barn. We also ask for a £500 bond one month prior to the event. This is refundable to you the week after the event has concluded providing the barn has been left in the same condition as it was at the time of hire.
The Lawn Area
We have created a lawn area between the barn and the wheat field for guests to relax in the outside atmosphere of the farm. There will be tables and chairs available for your guests to relax and socialise. This is England however so if the weather is not on our side then there is plenty of room within the barn to stay warm and dry.
Heating
Generally the barn is a warm area, especially with a large number of guests partying. However if it is a cool evening then we will provide heating via a gas space heater to ensure your guests stay warm and cosy.
Catering
As you are hiring the barn without any restrictions to what catering you have, we can help you select a range of local caterers for your event to suit your taste and budget. This can range from a formal meal to a more relaxed meal like a hog roast or a pizza van.
Toilets
Toilets are included within the cost of hire. These are luxury, portable toilets within easy access of the barn.
